Why is no one talking about bad doulas!? It seems like there's so much hype around doulas, everything online has nothing but praises for the natural birth professional community. How do you know who is going to turn out to be a bad doula and who is actually good? Today I want to share my own experience with a doula for my first childbirth, what I learned from that experience, and what I would do differently.
